When you click a piece of debris, it will be highlighted along with any other valid piece that it can be combined with. You click on a valid piece to bring the debris together. You have to get the order of combining the debris correct to clear the painting. Once you have successfully done that, you are asked to "Name the symbol on Manuel Aringarosa,, pictured at left." The symbols is the "Greek Cross" (no quotes).
